Some important information:

• You will receive your password to access the Head Energia Platform by email. Also check your SPAM folder;

• As 100% of the Course is included in the Subscription , subscriber access will be automatically released;

• You will have access to the content for 12 months or for as long as your Subscription is in effect. At the end of this period, it will be possible to renew access to the Course;

• Based on the 2010 ANEEL Competition Notice and the Head Energia Team's experience in the sector, we selected the contents belonging to the Subscription whose themes we believe will appear in the notice;

• This content has been prepared, since July 2021, by experts in the sector to train Head Energia students and enable them to work wherever they prefer in the energy market;

• At the discretion of the Head Team, new content may be made available;​

• It is not allowed to share login and password with colleagues. If Head identifies unusual behavior, the user will be notified and may be unsubscribed from the platform without refunding the amount paid;

• You have a 7-day guarantee to cancel the course and request a refund of what was paid. After 7 days, cancellation will not entitle you to any refund.
